A Publication on Female Artists in Scotland
I’ve been meaning to share this work for a while, but as with all projects that become such a big part of your life, it can feel hard to let go once they’re finished.
This series began at the start of the year and grew as a direct response to the incredible creative women I’ve met over the past nine months in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and beyond. Made in close collaboration with each artist, the process has been just as meaningful as the final outcome✨
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, and for the generosity of sharing your time, space, and work with me. It’s been such a joy to bring this together.
‘Mother Tongue’ 21st - 23rd May 2025
Really exciting to have had such a successful turn out for our opening night of ‘Mother Tongue’ at The New Glasgow Society last week! It was so great to see so many faces and to have everyone collectively come together to raise money for Glasgow Women’s Aid too was amazing. For those who didn’t have chance to come down last week, we will be hosting a follow up event at The Old Hairdressers on Monday 23rd June!
I’m so excited to share something new—
Waterbaby is a hardback collection of short prose exploring the relationship between water and memory: how it heals, holds, and carries us through the uncertain.
I’ve been working on this project since the beginning of the year, shaping it slowly through writing, editing, and quiet reflection. What began as scattered thoughts in my notebook has become a printed hardback book, featuring a series of original cyanotype prints.
